The U-Stay brand has been a number years in the making. The original website started as a general business directory for the KZN South Coast, however we soon realised that the one category that was doing exceptionally well on our website was the holiday accommodation. As such we opted to separate the accommodation from the other businesses so we could offer an authentic accommodation website to both the owners of the accommodation as well as visitors to the website who are looking for a place to stay.

Our mission was pretty straightforward; Keep the website simple to use and free from “clutter”. We believe visitors are on our website with one goal in mind, and that is to find a place to stay, whether it be for a weekend getaway or a 2 week vacation.

Visitors to our websites won’t be distracted from their goal by unnecessary advertising, or articles on the best restaurant in town etc. “Keep it simple!” Contact numbers are also displayed so potential guests can phone the venue to get an immediate answer on availability or any other questions they may have – no being forced to communicate through a third party.

The owners of the venues have a cost effective platform to promote their venue in a hassle free environment. We don’t expect you to have to constantly visit the website to update booking calendars, rates etc. Visitors complete a booking enquiry, owners reply, by email or telephonically, directly to the guest with a quote. Simple. Of course, we do have a calendar option for owners to make use of if they want to.

Since our humble beginnings on the South Coast, we have expanded somewhat to the North Coast of KZN and now the Wild Coast. So, whether you are looking for holiday accommodation or you own holiday accommodation, we hope that our websites will be the websites of choice when looking for a place to stay, or advertising your venue, in any of the areas that we represent.
